Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services (CORE).Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).This the absolute most toxic place I have ever worked! The management is condescending and unsupportive! The higher up management is even worse! They are all about a dollar and overwork every employee they hire! They will have u perform job duties that are not in your job description! Been working here two years! They “forget” to give you reviews and NO RAISE! Unless you are a favorite you get treated horrible! They can’t keep anyone! Everyone quits after a couple of weeks! If you want to work in highschool where your coworkers talk about you and back stab you and report you to try to get you fired and straight lie about you then this is definitely the place for you! They do not follow covid guidelines! There have been several employees exposed to covid ON CAMERA and they were not notified that the positive person was around them! There have been several patients in quarantine and the nurses were never notified! There has been employees that have been exposed and was told to come in anyway if they don’t have symptoms. Programming is not geared towards each individuals unique needs and repeat patients go to the same groups as previous inpatient stays. Many patients lose important psych meds when they enter the inpatient program and decompensate. Patients are not receiving a person centered approach. There is no work-life balance at Helio Health, the health benefits are poor, the pay is above average, hours are long and exhausting physically and mentally. In most cases events have to become serious in nature where staff and patients are put at risk of safety concerns. Anytime a challenge arises middle management staff are not permitted to make a decision for several factors, and they must wait for the Service Director to make the final decision which is normally days/weeks or not at all. Proper policies/procedures are not in place, and if they do exists the staff are not trained nor purvey to this information. The Helio Health environment is toxic, lacking serious leadership and training for all employees.
